About

Jenny Gossell constantly finds herself on real life adventures, whether that looks like traveling around the world or walking the long road of Type 1 Diabetes. She writes teen fantasy adventure stories where you come for the worldbuilding, stay for the characters, and leave encouraged to live as a part of a bigger story.

Jenny is a graduate of The Author Conservatory and a Teacher’s Assistant with the Young Writer’s Workshop Academic Track. In addition to “People of the Rain,” she is the author of the poem “The Party Tree” and the flash fiction story “Higherlight.”

Though Jenny never really stops thinking about books, she does do other things with her life, such as coaching a Bible Quizzing team, hanging out with her nieces and nephews, watching hours upon hours of classic movies’ special features, and baking desserts for her husband.
